For individuals
Most of us wish work was better. Maybe you already tried. Maybe you just dreamed of it. Many of us feel the same.
You're not crazy, ungrateful, or overly demanding. You're right. Work can be done better.
This gap between the work you do and the work you would like to do is something many people feel too. That this is not enough. That playing it safe for the sake of stability or money slowly drains their soul.
This feeling deserves to be taken seriously. We usually ignore it, or make it smaller. But the inner tension stays and our life satisfaction goes down. What if we'd ask instead: What would work that I'd be actually proud of look like? What’s in the way? And what could I do to make it happen?
stolt. is for people who want to explore these questions, and are ready to do something about them.
Your options
We start with where you are. Your situation, its context, what you’re questioning, and what might be possible. You bring the questions, we explore them together.
For people who want to dive deeper. We work together over a longer period of time: on the questions, the decisions, and things that keep coming up. You bring the challenges, we bring the perspective. Limited spots.
You’re not the only one asking these questions. The stolt. community is for people who want to explore, learn, and share their experiences with others.

Just transitioning out of his role as a CEO, he wasn't sure what to do now. Instead of just blindly jumping into the next thing, he wanted to make sure his future work place was aligned to his personal qualities, his work preferences, and a bigger purpose. So we took some time to explore. Reflecting together and bouncing ideas over a longer period of time, we eventually figured it out. He switched industries, started his own company, and built a work environment that matched his purpose.
“Instead of pushing for results, we stayed curious in the process. What would make me proud and how can I integrate that into my next step at work?”
We’re here to make you proud.
